Beaucoup de\u00a0blessures arrivent \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;articulations et muscles non \u00e9chauff\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\"><strong>Commencer par un \u00e9chauffement articulaire \u00e0 base <\/strong>de mouvements amples, comme par exemple \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une barre l\u00e9g\u00e8re (ou un lorsque l\u2019on est chez soi) tenue avec les deux mains.
